Today on FoB we start with my account of an ALL ACCESS day at the NFL courtesy of Sky Sports. I talk about my observations behind the scenes as well as the sport and US sports in general. We then have…

I said, I think it was like three episodes ago or two episodes, I was like, Fury Joshua, if it doesn't get announced...

The problem was I didn't talk about it last week because the fight hadn't had its press conference.

So anyway, now let's have a little chat about this, right? So Fury and Joshua, their fight has been announced for Friday the 11th of December.

It's going to be in the middle of the night because they want people who work 9 to 5 in the US to be able to watch it.

It's in Cardiff, which is good, but it's bad in the sense that we're still sort of catering against UK

I've said before, I think AJ is going to win this fight, but we can do like proper rundowns of that closer to the time.

We have a fight and we've had a press conference and like, it looks like it's actually fucking happening.

And so you're building up to this press conference and you're like, ooh, what's the vibes going to be like? This is 10 years in the making.

They were both really nicey-nicey, smiley, respectful, even complimentary at times.

I think the main reason why it was nicey-nicey at the Fury Joshua press conference... is because they know that spiritually, the stakes are no longer really that high.

So if this fight was five years ago, maybe before they'd both got flattened by Usyk, so maybe that's six years ago, I can't remember when all those fights were.

Before Usyk flattened Dubois, Joshua, and Fury twice each, by the way, Before all that, this would have been huge.

I think it would have been super fiery because it would have been genuinely about legacy and about the best of a generation.

Let's say, hypothetically, if Usyk didn't exist, which I'm sure all of them would wish he didn't because he is obviously the best of the generation.
