Send us Fan Mail I came to Hervey Bay in 1981 as a carpentry apprentice. Over the next 45 years, I worked across construction, real estate, development, project marketing and commercial property management. In this episode, I share the experience behind Fraser Coast Property Brief and why I believe our region needs an informed conversation about its future. We talk about protecting the lifestyle and character we value, while creating more housing choices, jobs and opportunities for younger people and families. I also explain what you can expect from the podcast: practical conversations with local experts, government representatives, consultants and people working across the property industry. What should I investigate or who should I speak with next? Leave your question or guest suggestion in the comments. Subscribe to Fraser Coast Property Brief for conversations about the property market, development and future of our region. #FraserCoast #HerveyBay #FraserCoastPropertyBrief
