So let's start, like, what were the everyday tasks? Because I want people that aren't on board with AI, and I understand there's a privacy issue, and there's a, like, risk of, like, identity theft.

Like, there's all those risks with it, but, like, I want someone from this episode to watch this and say, you know what, it's not for me, and kind of walk through, like... those small steps of how you got there.

And even if they get impact from the first few steps and they don't use it to the extent me and you use it at, I want to see there is some good to it.

Like if you were like search engines, they're like, I only, I'm like, I only use AI now for searching.

So what were the first steps where you started using it day to day where you're like, this is going to be a tool for me, not just a hobby?

Um, so obviously it's sort of level one is like using it for writing, um, helping you brainstorm ideas, things like that, ideate.

Um, so that's where it started for me was just like, it probably gave me back 1% of my day at the help, for example, an email would come in and I would put it into ChatGPT and say, you know, I'm kind of stuck on this one.

Can you give me a couple of different options of how I could attack this? So it was a manual move? Yes.
