!FTN small squarePaul traveled to the far away place of 10-e-C to play in the ATC this past weekend and it was…
We were playing in the five player team event and there was also an eight player going on at the same time.
But in this case, I kind of think that the five player might have been a little bit more interesting.
Yeah, so it really seems like the packet or the event pack that GW has put out is really designed to lean right into five player where you have to take each disposition once and you'll have to work together to make sure your five pack is like cherry ripe and really good to go.
So I know the last couple of episodes have been a lot about dispositions and it's a real big factor in this edition.
And so I don't want to like talk too much about that, but it really was when you were trying to pick a detachment that also has the open and available disposition for your team, then it sometimes puts some people into some interesting situations.
you know, maybe detachment special roles and potentially lean in some units that they you know, might not otherwise choose, might not be the optimal thing for that faction, but it's the optimal for that
And if it fits the team lineup better, well, you make the compromise and you do the right thing for the team.
That's the whole premise of teams is you're working together in order to make a team that makes sense, not just one individual faction being good on the day.
You know, you run into things like Chaos Knights maybe taking reconnaissance or disruption.
You know, those are things that that, you know, well, anyway, you get these types of weird things like who's going to be the best priority assets of the, your available factions.
