And there are various... ways in which they train, and they train relentlessly so they can do these things almost faultlessly.
In a similar way, if you were to go to the police, you would find that if you wanted to move a crowd of people from one place to another, the police are very skillful and very highly trained at doing this.
They're used to dealing with football crowds, riots, political demonstrations.
So all these emergency services, they have a number of well-rehearsed ways of doing things which fit emergencies.
