So the way to open your energy in person is to signal people and give them green lights for connection.

There was a study on this and I have to look at where the background, if we can find it to link in the show notes, but essentially that the people who were approached the most often were not the most conventionally attractive, but the people who were the most open to being approached in their energy and giving the most green lights for connection.

So when I teach this to women, we focus on eye contact, keeping your eyes up your body language open out into the room and smiling and that's really all you need to do to start opening the pathway for connection everybody is scanning for cues of rejection and in social environments men and women right and men are looking for if i approach her is it going to be a safe warm place to land does she want me to come over especially men who understand the nature of how things are shifting and that women don't want to be approached all the time and they don't want to be the weird creepy guy and they don't want to invade on your space.

They're looking for a green light for you to say, yes, if you came over here, it would be well received.

What? Really? This is where you draw the line? You're willing to Google all the tips and the tricks and dress a certain way and do your makeup? But you won't make eye contact? What do you mean? You know?

And that really comes from their fears of being seen and them also scanning for rejection.

I love that you're distinguishing that because I think both sides have the same conversation of I don't want to be rejected.
