It could even be up to 100, but I always run outside in the summer.
Unless I'm training early in the morning-

I'm always running, uh, outside.
So I think that helps, too.
It's like the poor man's altitude training.
If you're grinding out 90 degrees, 25, 30 degrees Celsius, it really turns you into a beast.
So it, it's pretty tough, but it also, it's been super helpful.
I mean, I've also had terrible long runs where I'm running nine-minute pace.
It's a much cooler area of the country.
And then I came back down, did a 20-mile long run in 35 degree European weather, and I was running nine-minute miles [laughs] in the back half-
... 'cause I just can't take it.
