And I'm also really excited to be talking about this topic in particular because it is one that impacts everyone.
Um, if you've been in my space for any length of time, you'll know that I love to talk about stories.
I believe that it's so powerful to share stories.
You know, when we share parts of ourselves that feel shameful or that feel vulnerable, that feel raw, when we do that courageously, it creates connection with other people.
And it also shows people that they are not alone in a lot of the similar thoughts that we're having, you know? This is why I have continued to publish and mentor and bring together multiple co-author projects, because all of the women in there are sharing their stories.
And, you know, I see what happens for their world when they share their story.
Not just their world, but expanded beyond that, right? That ripple effect of impact.
But I also see what happens for them internally when they share their story.
It actually shifts some of the internal stories that they have, and we all have internal stories.
Um, it, it sometimes shows up in inner dialogue.
It shows up as beliefs that we have, and I actually think that it is, it is present.
It's, like, in the car in every single situation in life that we are going through and moving through and a part of.
And those inner stories, they are either our own- Um, or they are someone else's.
And I talk pretty extensively about this, um, in Embody Bliss.
I actually have a whole chapter called Stop Carrying Their Stories, and start carrying your own, and start living your own.
Because we adopt all of these stories growing up, um, about the world or about ourselves, and, um, and those show up especially in our business.
