And so what is that going to be like when you have all those differing perspectives? When you're writing, you can kind of keep them at arm's length.

When you're talking in an hour, they're all there.

So what are you going to do?

I'm going to be a thousand percent honest.

One thing you'll hear me say over and over again is I'm a lifelong student.

I don't know what it's like to walk in the shoes of Rebecca Snyder.

You understand what I'm saying? But if I get the luxury to talk to Rebecca, I can ask.

I can listen.

I can have an open mind and an open heart.

And I can get some understanding that I can bring with me as I continue my own journey.

I'm pretty sure I've been through some things that can help you and you've been through some things that can help me.

And I think that's what it should be about.

You know, taking the things that are different and mashing them up with the differences that exist in other people and then seeing how we come out on the other side.

I truly believe that in my heart, my soul, my spirit.

And I think I believe that's going to be the heart of this show.

Yeah.

And everyone has something to bring, and I think it'll bring such a nuanced perspective to the topics and issues.

And so you've been a journalist for a long time.

You've been a lot of things for a long time.

What do you think is missing in journalism that maybe you want to bring forward with this show?

So the main thing that... is missing in my opinion is we're not having honest conversations around the pressure on journalists.

Everyone is expected to get it first and to get it fast.

And they're judged by clicks.

Right.

Not by conversations, not by research, not by the impact of their story, but how many people hit click.
