But interesting that the Office of People's Counsel is now saying the Maryland Public Service Commission should require both BGE and Delmarva power companies to refund over $30 million in what they're saying is over-collections.

And it's about $28 million for BGE and $4 million for Delmarva.

So $32 million that they've over-collected.

So the PSE established a framework to prevent utilities operating under a multi-year rate plan from benefiting at ratepayer expense from inaccurate cost forecasts that result in higher rates than necessary.

So the PSE created this path for rate adjustment.

when there's a significant disparity between the utilities' revenues and expenses to the detriment of the ratepayers.

So they're saying that the PSE should require both BGE and Delmarva Power to refund the excess revenues that utilities collected from the customers.
