Like, I, I'm a better observer of myself.
I'm also a better observer of others, and not make it about me, and to just see them as they are, uh, and not trying not to tell a story about it.
Uh, and also just becoming aware of how much I focus on the negative, and what I don't have, and what isn't there, and what I, you know, what I don't want.
And instead, you know, focusing more on what I do want, and what is good, and w- what is coming.

I mean, he's getting more as he's 91, but he told me that, you know, a story about when he and Helen were gonna get divorced for the second time, or almost divorced.

And what he said changed, which is why I told you guys what he, his new book is about, and sort of the one core wound he thinks that is, like, the most important one.

And I was like, yeah, it's called rewiring your core wound patterns, [laughs] like, right? You did it every day for nine months.

So then you rewi- like, you literally were rewiring it every day, and now it doesn't happen anymore.

Now, that's pretty extreme, somebody to do a couple's dialogue every day for nine months, but they did, and it worked, and it was only one tool, right? It was only one tool.

It's not a I'm gonna go do this one thing and it's gonna wipe out every time I'm ever get triggered.
