What are these governing beliefs that people need to change so that, you know, things start to work better for themselves and you be the prime example?

Yeah, I discovered through a little bit of self-assessment that I was the main character in all the challenges in my life.

I loosely sometimes say I was a problem, but that's just to get people's attention.

And the more I looked into personal development work, I realized a lot of this had to do with mindset first.

If I can change my mind the way I think, I'm then going to be able to change the way I behave and then change the results I get.

And so I thought to myself, well, how do I change my mind? Joe Dispenza makes it sound pretty simple.

They were just... kind of like make no assumptions, always do your best, like basic things.

And I thought to myself, if I'm going to keep my mind and my brain above the line, if I'm going to stay in this place of embracing possibility and pursuing progress and doing this for myself and no one else, this is the thing I need to work on first.

I couldn't just allow it to be free flowing because it kept going into the dark corners of self-loathing behavior, negative self-talk, judgment.
