Sam AthertonGuestAndrew TaylorHostHow many people have you recruited to get four people selling, and how many people have quit on you?

I had a full team of 15 before we left, and then with all the leaving I've lost over 15 people.

I had my first 40K month, and then we have a mandatory meeting, right? And so we have a Zoom call on Monday.

I have five new agents pulling up to the Zoom call because I'm like, "Hey, you guys are gonna love this.

This is gonna change your life." Five minutes before we get a text message in the managers chat that says, "This is for managers only.

If you're not writing 20K or have this many people under you, you can't join." It was a call saying, "We are going to terminate our contracts by Wednesday." It's Monday.

I'm a brand-new agent, so I'm pushing everything out 15 days at minimum, and- I'm like, "Dude, I have 22 grand pending, like I, I can't do that." And so I ended up doing it.

Um, two people joined forces, fell apart, then someone else tried to start their own IMO, fell apart, couldn't get contracts.

Then we went to someone else who was the top insurance agent, decided to build a team just following my upline, and then finally I was like, "Dude, this is ridiculous." Lost the whole team, couldn't get people paid.

And then my upline now was like, "Dude, you're $600 away from a bonus." I'm like, "Whoa, we have bonuses.

I forgot about that." So then I stopped contracting everyone else over there, and then I'm like, "Hey, let's write business here, write business here," and it's just my roommate and I.
