Fantasy Waivers | NFL Week 1

Uh, but that's not today's episode.

We're gonna go position by position to see who's still available in most leagues that you might want to keep an eye on on the waiver wire.

Uh, we're using Yahoo's, uh, league percentages and ro- I mean, roster percentages.

So if they're available in roughly over 40% of Yahoo leagues, these are our waiver wire targets.

Start us off with quarterback, Sean.

Yeah, so, uh, again, I have no idea who's even available in your league if you're listening, so just look at our rankings and look who's available, and that's who I go with.

But I think Baker Mayfield would be my streamer pick of the week, because looks like, you know, he's available in 43% of Yahoo leagues, uh, out there.

Um, he opens the w- the week inside my top 10.

He's my QB 9 right now.

Um, sounds like, uh, Ekeler Buka was able to return to, I believe, a full practice yesterday.

Um, you know, he's been dealing with that toe injury.

I thought they might've been cautious with him.

Wasn't sure if it was serious or not.

But it seems like he's good to go, so that's obviously excellent for Baker's, uh, you know, rank this week.

Uh, and it's a good spot.

This is against a Bengals defense where, you know, their defense is probably gonna be better this year.

But still, this should be a shootout.

This is the highest totaled game of the week, just over 51 points.

So, um, you know, Baker's gonna probably be forced to throw, uh, most of the game.

Uh, and he's playing for a contract right now, and, you know, Baker, whenever Baker has a chip on his shoulder, uh, he is one dangerous dude.

So, uh, I think he's gon- come out firing.

Like, he's, he's gonna be fired up, so I think he has a good week.

Uh, and then, you know, if, if you're streaming him, maybe next week we have somebody else to attack.

But I think if you're in a league where you punted quarterback and you just wanna stream, I think Baker's the guy this week for me.

Yeah, I agree.
