Welcome to Fame-Ready! This week, Katrina Owens shares the business and branding lessons she took away from an unexpected visit to the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta. As one of the world’s most iconic…
We were like, okay, what could we possibly do today to make the most of the day? And this is not sponsored, but I really want it to be because it's not sponsored for a couple reasons.
There are a couple brands I'm going to mention in this episode and all of them need to call me because I've got ideas.
So the first one i have to give this shout out to bcaa which is uh well i mean if you're american you're familiar with triple a if you're canadian you're familiar with caa so bcaa is the british columbia like branch of this i suppose so i travel hack Through BCAA, you can get these like full year multi-trip travel policies, travel insurance policies.
It's about $500 and I basically, it covers like emergency medical but it also covers things like trip interruption trip cancellation all of these things and so I get it because I travel so much that I'm like let me just put one policy in place that I can use you know anytime something happens thankfully I don't have to use it that often last year in 2025 I only used it once and then we used it for this trip because obviously our flight was canceled so we had to pay for another night in the hotel we were staying at plus we food plus ubers to like get around and explore the city plus some entertainment and what's incredible i don't know if like all travel policies have this but in my bcaa travel policy It covers like $400 worth of quote unquote entertainment.
So that means like the tickets that we used in Atlanta to go to the Georgia Aquarium and the world of Coca-Cola.
If you're watching on YouTube, you can see my really cute shirt that I obviously got there.
But what I wanted to talk about in this episode obviously relates to all of this because we spent the day obviously learning about Sea Life, but also my favorite brand, which happens to be Coke.
So it was really, really cool to go to the world of Coca-Cola, which is basically like a Coca-Cola museum because Atlanta is where Coca-Cola was made or developed or founded, I believe.
