DLC - Big Walk Review!

Yes, though, we are playing a game at the moment.

Um, you would have possibly have heard of it.

It's called Big Walk.

Uh, very popular at the moment, and some people are saying, I don't know why, it's incredibly boring.

However, we've been playing it, myself and Chris.

It's from House House.

They're the people that did Untitled Goose Game, which was very popular.

They've been working on this game, the developers, for six years.

Wow.

Because the, the genesis behind it was that there was, during lockdown, and they wanted to find a meaningful way to connect with friends.

Oh.

Because at the time, during lockdown, that was rather difficult.

Yeah.

And a meaningful way to connect was FaceTime or Skype.

Mm-hmm.

And it just didn't work.

No.

So the game is quite hard to describe.

Mm-hmm.

How would you describe Big Walk? Well, it's a big island.

Okay.

Right?

Yeah.

And you come, and you, you operate these little avatar guys that look sort of like ducks.

They've like- They're like ants and ducks ... a S- a stick man basically, but with a little duck beak that moves- Yeah ... whenever you talk through your microphone.
