Ty EvansHostSo when I was young, I'm naturally not, I wouldn't say I'm like genetically or I don't know how to put it, I'm naturally not a people person.
I'm very prone to be shy in public settings and get stage fright and that sort of thing.
But in the course of our business, one thing, anytime you're working in sales, you have to... have some form of people skills to be able to to understand what the person needs you've got to be able to communicate to the the person and make sure that they end up with with the right in our case the right animal but what would happen a lot of times is we want you know we wouldn't sell meals over the phone or online directly we would insist that people come and test ride their animal and so when i was young i was the person who would make sure you know i would i would show each person when they would come how the mule handles i'd show them all the buttons to push and i would kind of you know teach them the mules language but in the same time I had to get to know these people and understand where are you coming from you know what's your experience level what what what's your personality like so I know which mule is gonna fit best with you and in those moments that's where it really sank in that this is what I really love I just love Teaching these people, you know, a lot of it was very similar to a riding lesson, I guess.
But teaching the people, working on facilitating that bond between the rider and the mule, that's where the magic is for me.

But then there needs to be more people giving those introductory lessons, those lessons.

I know that would help me out like what I do for sure, because, you know, in my clinics, I'm not I'm not teaching people.
