We've actually had a fair amount of discussion on our podcast here today about housing and the government's obviously ambitious targets nationally, but London has to play a vital role in that and provide a significant proportion of that demand for housing, doesn't it?

We've got a new long-term funding package to the social affordable homes program.

So we're trying to sort of pull every lever to support these sites on all delivery.
