For some listeners, they might think that some piece of software or IT, but it's not.

It was that prior to that, we never all got in the same room as a leadership team.

So first it was like, who is it? What is the leadership team? Who should be on this team? How do we all align on where we're going to take the business? And then how do we actually make sure we follow up on that and go do it instead of just having some pretty conversations at an offsite for two days? And then like you resurface a year later and you haven't done any.

a system it's just a system to do that and then when you're consistent and you keep building on performance quarter after quarter it's amazing what you can get done and before that i was just ad hoc chasing everybody and like they didn't have role clarity and so i'd have to follow up with them more and when people get that role clear and they understand how they fit into the system it's really powerful because it frees you up to actually add value in the business
