So can you give us a sense what might be next on the horizon for Averture? I know it's hard to pre-announce things and you don't want to give away the store maybe to competitors, but are there certain directions or new technologies or new ways of doing agentic AI or HCM that you're looking at for the next year or two?

We only do press releases about what we've already done, usually after we've done it for a little while.

The area where we are working with our clients that is most interesting right now is workforce planning.

And the labor force, the human labor force is going to get fundamentally altered over the next couple of years.

So our customers are concerned with A, either not being in this transformation or well, really about not being in the transformation, right? I mean, there's a transformation going on.

The amount of work done by the human is decreasing, possibly moving to some other tasks that are like we talked about with fraud detection.

And so our customers are looking at ways to manage and orchestrate the reshaping of the workforce.

So I think that that kind of work is, looking most interesting right now for us.

And then on top of that, our internal mobility solution, which helps you not just identify, but through processes move people into different parts of the organization because there's a lot of movement inside.

The agile organization right now is trying to figure out how to manage through this period of disruption and achieve some kind of operating sustainable competitive advantage using technology, using the new technology, and that is reshaping the workforce.

And so that's, since you don't pre-announce things, that's a tool you already have, the internal mobility, you have that? Yeah,

We call it a solution because it's a way of configuring the workflows so that, you know, jobs can be reviewed internally.
