And I also love how you even backed up to say with words, like, I didn't feel like I identified as a high achieving woman, because I think that, again, words are so limiting and not to be exclusive.

Like, what about the full time mother or the full time, you know, you're taking care of your older parent that's has needs like that.

How do we limit like, oh, that struggle isn't for me because I don't look like this way or I'm not defined by this thing.

But I love the way that you include so many other experiences that people can have.

Yeah, I think this is such a beautiful question that each one of us can ask ourselves, like, where I think, and I don't know about you, but I kind of start with just like, where did I, not only what is success, and then we can start defining it from there.

But like, where did I pick up these definitions from, I think is another really interesting question, not saying that when we inherit automatic unconscious beliefs that they're like wrong or bad.

But I think the practice of naming it and allowing ourself the space to choose, even if you want to choose it again, is one of the most empowering things you can do.

Why do I have to be the one? let's say you're the primary breadwinner, for example, like, why do I, you know, why does all this fall on me? But if you give yourself that time and space and you decide, you know what, in this season of my life, maybe my values are to create a contribution in a tangible way.

Do I want to keep this definition of success? And maybe right now for this one year or six months or two years, whatever I do, then that feels like a choice.

It your agency, your co-creation with life instead of like just something you inherited and are resentful from.

So I think not only asking like, how do we redefine success, but also asking where do we get it from and how can we allow ourselves agency to choose again is, is just so freeing.

And I, and I love that you say that what comes up for me is when I first got with my husband and and got with my husband.

met and I was looking at my, you know, um, career and I was looking at like my bank account and I was looking at my business and I was newer into business probably like a year in, um, and recent, not recently, but like a couple years ago, I remember him saying, well, your business isn't successful yet.

And I stopped him and I was like, I could have took that on as my own belief, but I didn't.
