and uh i feel like they will continue to have the same culture up and are the same quality of work and uh i know they're eager to uh grow some areas of the business which is great yeah

I think that Gary has strong points in commercial and new connections that we didn't have before.
And it's very great to have Roger, you know, sharing what we're actually making in each department.
So that before when Brad owned the company, it was just one, you know, I knew what we were making, but now we know each area better.
And I think that's very helpful for the tuning leaders to drive the ship correctly.
They all bring really complimentary skills to each other and kind of all do different things well, kind of offset each other.
