So as we get into this, one of the things we were just talking about is, listen, at the end of the day, new skin is a performance sport.

But it's not very different from if you want to get fit, if you want to run a marathon, if you want to do anything successful in life over a sustainable period of time, you've got to have a commitment.

And so you think about when we go back in time and a lot of what we're going to talk about here is just based upon 30 years of data.

There are some things we just want to maybe set up top because one of the questions that came out during the Opportunity Summit is exactly what is a system? And it was from a newer leader who hasn't been around as long as some of the others.

But as that question became, the entire group in the West really started to lean into this discussion of truly what is a system.

So let's talk about what I call the first principles of systems, right? So Elon Musk talks a lot about first principles in physics, right? So the first principles in physics are around gravity, right? E equals mc squared in energy.
