Well, as usual, I'm sort of thinking big picture, even though it's not exactly a solution to any problems, but I think it's maybe the beginning of the solution.

And so I'm just going to sort of draft off what Christine just said about how early parenting affects marriage and really encourage you to step back for a moment and think about your life as a whole.

What is going on in your life that is impacting your relationship? So are you the parent of young children or are Is, say, one of you self-employed or is one of you an entrepreneur? Has there been a change in your family? Like, have you moved recently? Has there been a birth, a death, a change of employment? Or do one of you or even both of you suffer from depression or anxiety or ADHD or anything else neurological? Like all of these things affect our relationships and relationships just don't exist in a vacuum.

And so, again, figuring out the big picture doesn't exactly solve anything, but it does place whatever tensions you're dealing with in context with the rest of your life.

And that really helps when you're trying to brainstorm which solutions to start with.

I think this is such a great point because, I mean, we've talked about the idea that I don't
know.
I guess everything is a moving target.

And certainly, you know, context is one of those things that creates, you know, makes whatever you're shooting for like you're you're really literally chasing it down.

So, you know, I also just wanted to say that I really like this idea of thinking about the context because.

I feel like it's a good opportunity to, you know, issue yourself and your partner if you're coupled some forgiveness, depending on what is going on.

So I'm glad I'm actually I'm glad that, you know, true to form, you started with a kind of Yoda like big picture kind of tip.

Okay, well, so I wanted to share one of the things I talked about, which is possibly has been the most important for me.
really wasn't.

And the reality is, and again, we're talking about runway and context and things, but I You know, the reality is I grew up in a very chaotic household with a lot of people.

But we also had grandparents and other relatives bunking with us at any given time.
