I remember doing, uh, cross country for a little bit and thinking the two-mile distance was just absolutely crazy.

But, uh, you know, things change, and I started having children, you know, after college and just, you know, kinda dabbled in physical fitness, but never really ran.

Had some, you know, minor health issues with my birth of my last child, and so anyway, just kinda got to it and just really started enjoying it.

And, uh, ended up signing up for my first half, and then, you know, got a coach from there, and so that just kinda led to, uh, a lot more.
