Steve ArdireGuestErin YoungHostYou've been dealing with wellness and the concept of super aging and all of the research around it for a long time.
You've talked a little bit about this, but where do you think technology is failing us when it comes to aging?

And one of the fundamental messages I start off with is that longevity starts with discipline, but you need resilient individuals to achieve long-term success.

80% of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes could be prevented through lifestyle changes.

As I like to say on the discipline, choosing healthy foods, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, managing stress, establishing consistent patterns of behavior, resisting temptations that don't serve your health goals.

And then it's really the empowerment, Aaron, is really the sense of control and responsibility.

So if you can get increased confidence and a sense of control, it will fuel your motivation to pursuing healthy longevity.
You know, I think what's interesting about that is that overall as an industry, technology is not known to be one that's promoting individual discipline.
