And what we're finding, and I'm hearing this from clients as we go into practices as consultants, we see that there's no system for follow-up.

And I'm seeing on social media the discussion mainly from dentists, not so much from dental team members, but from dentists asking about what is a good system to follow up with patients and even asking questions like, do you even follow up with patients don't schedule after their treatment is presented? And so they go up to the front and in some practices, that treatment coordinator is the person that presents the treatment plan.

I'm going to have to check my schedule at work and I'm going to get back to you and then they don't and nothing

And look, we actually talked about this in advance, whether I would share this or not.

But I wanted to share something personal, and this is about following up and as a patient, taking control of your health.

And look, I realize I'm preaching to the choir, but I think we all need to hear this.

Sandy and I and our family went to Hawaii for a little over a week and had a wonderful vacation.

And right upon getting back from Hawaii, I was able to have a colon resectioning.
