So, um, basically I've got the main website, which is Breaking Free from Control and Manipulation, and I've got forty-five downloads.

Done forty-six downloads, sorry, so far just on that podcast.

But I have been posting it on my other main podcasts such as the Hypnosis for Sleeping Deeply and Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily and Sleep Hypnosis.

So I've been posting them on four different podcasts because I wanted to get... just get them known really out there.

So I've had a lot more downloads on the other podcasts than the actual main one.

So let's start with this one.

Um, I'm gonna start with the very first episode.
