When you break it down over 12 years, I think it works out something like 27 or 30,000 pounds.

at that time then what's interesting we say we say it's weird so people that have been on good jobs oh that's quite affordable but thirty thousand pounds is a

lot of money yes two and a half two and a half grand a month two and a half grand a month yeah exactly right so and that's tax free yeah so what i'm

saying to you is that whilst it doesn't look like a lot in the short term In the long term, it's like investments, short-term investments.

But compounding not just in your money, but in your mental health, in your physical health, in your relationships, in your careers.

Have you ever heard the crabs in bucket mentality? so crabs in bucket mentality is pretty much you have this idea that I'm in a bucket with all these other crabs but you somehow and this is like my addiction there were times I've tried to get out of it thinking this is not serving me this is not right for me I can logically see everything that's around me so every time I've tried to come out of this or climb out of this bucket the other crabs self-sabotage my gambling addiction my inner thoughts and it's weird those other crabs aren't to do with anyone else It's all to do with my relationship with gambling and my relationship with my mental health, my relationship with my inner dialogue, my relationship with my inner demon.

And those are the ones that kept pulling me back into the bucket because it was easier for me to stay in there and to be surrounded around that environment.

And the truth is because you become so accustomed to that world and how that world works and how that feeling feels that you just are okay.

And it's weird because I could be in £250,000 debt And I still financially feel, okay, somehow there's a delusion to it, which is somehow, don't worry, that next win, that next bet is either going to recoup all my money or hit the jackpot.
