Cosy Fantasy Fiction & Japanese Folklore With Author Naomi Ishiguro

I am about three quarters of the way through and I have to confess, this is the thickest book I have read in a hot minute.

Yeah, it kind of got out of hand.

It just kept getting longer.

Um, hopefully it's like fun that people often tell me, Oh, I was a bit daunted cause it looks so long, but I read it in like two days.

Um, so I've tried to keep the pace up and have like, like short chapters.

I've used lots of quick cuts cause it's quite anime inspired.

So we cut from scene to scene.

Uh, there's lots of jokes and fun.

So hopefully it should be like a fun read rather than like a thing to slog through.

Oh my gosh.

No, you're completely right.

I'm, thoroughly enjoying it it's a bit episodic we've changed perspectives of narrators we'll get into it deeper later but it's really connected me with my younger self who would read for hours on end like that kind of feeling where you just want to jump into a new world that's what I'm getting from your book so thank you it's

delightful thank you so much yeah that's if I could like do anything for people it would be that so um yeah that makes me very happy to hear thanks
