The trust and safety industry is having many people come into it for lots of reasons that we can go into.
So we're seeing an influx, Michael, of people who are new to the space, who haven't been following it anywhere near as long as you have, and even partly as long as I have.
And so today we're kind of sharing books that we think are essential to read to get an understanding of the space, what's been happening over the last 20 plus years on the internet, and where it's also going.
And so we've picked three books each today that we think are good places to start.
