But this week, we're going to talk about something that I feel personally, and I'm sure everybody else has been through this before.

I touched on this briefly last week that we played this 4th of July thing and I hurt myself.

The short story goes, I was backstage, side stage, what have you, you know, it was in a field.

And we were in a trailer that the production company had opened basically just for shade because it was hot or whatever.

I was on like, it was one of those where the back is the ramp and it's secured with like, you know, the cables on both sides.

So I went to go turn to walk off of the ramp, not realizing that there was a cable there.

Like the guys, the guys in my band are like holding my feet, you know, to keep me from like fully busting over.

And I was joking with Amber, like, what part of my, I feel like my shins have suffered more than anything in my music career.

And then I have this big, nasty bruise on my right thigh, like right above my kneecap.

But in that, it kind of sparked a thought and I was like, I mean, I feel like we all have stories about getting hurt at a gig.
