Let’s talk about one of the biggest traps in real estate: confusing being *busy* with actually building a business. Because answering emails all day, running around nonstop, tweaking Canva graphics…
yes.
How many times are you in a Facebook group or on a coaching call or something? And people are just like, I'm just so busy.
Like, I don't know where the business, why the business isn't here.
Like I'm doing all the things.
I'm so busy.
I'm so busy.
I'm so busy.
Right.
Right.
But, and we've talked about this before, but at the end of the day, have you ever sat down and been like, I was swamped all day long and didn't get a God dang thing done.
yes that
not a single thing
that's how I felt because I've been like listing photos putting in signs um call like calling about follow-up and I'm just like what am I gonna get or like I literally almost said to my client the other day because I get like 100 text messages a day from them not even joking I almost
said to her,
like, if I responded to every text, I would never get anything done on your listing.
Because it's the truth.
And I, like, literally was just ignoring her the other day.
I was like, because I just ding, ding, ding.
And I was like, I could sit here on the phone and text her all day.
Or I could do the stuff I need to do to get her house sold.
And I chose the
house.
So, like, what's the difference between busy and productive? Because I do think people get stuck in that busy spot.
And not being productive.
I might have said it on the podcast, but I know I've told you before that I can get so much done in an hour.
yes.
