Moustafa MoursyGuestDanny KerrHostUm, well, I'm curious to know, like just, just high level before we get into it all, but what is the difference between a business process that somebody builds up for their company that does fairly well people and, you know, take it on, it becomes a big part of their day to day and operationally the staff are using it and something that looks great on paper, but doesn't actually go anywhere and dies out.

there's a big whenever you're building out processes you gotta the way i tell people like you gotta consider like a triangle of things right so you gotta consider like what you need to accomplish what the business needs to do you know all that stuff uh the tools they're going to be using and the third and very important piece of it is the people who are going to be the operating that process for lack of a better word right so people in it their sales reps the service reps, whoever it is that's going to be actually working that process.

times people will fail to consider one or more, but I think the people part is very, very frequently failed to be considered.

They'll build something and it's on paper, it's great, but people are like, dude, have you actually tried to use this? Do you know what we do? None of this works.

And then they either say that or they say it themselves and they kind of just move on and don't use it.
And is it that it's just not practical or is it usually just that people aren't bought in or is it all of the above or what is it?

So, you know, part of it is, yes, you want to make sure that it tailors to some degree to the perspective of, you know, however people are using it.

But at the other end... let's just say you had a sales rep and their whole thing is like, everything's fine the way it is.

So you're not going to tailor to that because you do want to build out something.

So there's a balance of like, hey, this is obviously better, but we'll also account for some of your pain points and concerns to make sure that it's usable.
