If I were speaking to other manufacturers looking at circularity programs, I think I can highlight a couple of things.

So first, I really think that circularity needs to be built into the business model.

To scale it, you really need to embed it in the way you design products, the way you manage and the way you handle everything at the end of their life.

So we donated 100 tools, but you don't have to donate 100. items you know you can start small you can stay consistent and then you build this momentum over time because i think every tool counts every reuse opportunity every donation really makes an impact you know like we heard today so we really have to think about the bigger picture and how we can contribute For other organizations like nonprofit, education institution, really try to find your partners.

Because at the end of the day, we all work in the same industry, which is the construction industry.

So we really should support each other to make the construction industry a better place.

So we really need to be aligned in this journey together to make the construction industry not only a better place environmentally, but also a better place for people to work, to stay, to enter the workforce.

Those were kind of my advice if you want to start a circularity program and if you really want to contribute for this good cause.
