So I want you to tell us a little bit more about what that is and how I guess that element of environmental sustainability is showing up in that work that you're doing day to day.
10:35
Yeah, no, great question, Lauren, and the focus on green builders, right? So when we hear the word sustainability, often we think about climate change or green buildings, which is absolutely a part of the work that we do.
10:50
But we see sustainability more through three connected lens, environmental sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability.
11:02
And on the environmental side, the construction industry, it's changing so rapidly.
11:06
We're seeing increased investment in low carbon buildings, energy retrofits, electrification, climate resilient infrastructure, and we're all hands in with that.
11:19
But that means that today's apprentices, they need to be prepared with the new technical skills, the new technology, and importantly, the right tools to work safely and effectively on these projects.
11:31
And so on the social side now, we see sustainability as meaning building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our communities.
