Senior communicators do more than report facts.
This is what I would do with any client before we're diving into the details and before we're looking at the nitty-gritty, the vocabulary, whatever.
It's time to take a step back and think about where do you actually want to be? Here's a question I would really like you to think about.
If you had more confidence in your English by next July, what would that enable you to do that you're not doing now? Maybe by the end of next July, you could be leading on a meeting that your boss is currently doing, and you don't really feel quite ready to do it yet.
Or maybe it's something that's actually a lot more personal, and I see this a lot.
It's actually just a better sense of wellbeing, getting a good night's sleep on a Sunday rather than staying awake all night worrying about the calls and the meetings that you have in English and just feeling completely stressed in what is already a very stressful situation.
Where are you going? And it is not to have more vocabulary and better pronunciation.
