In this special “Coming in Hot” episode, John puts Caroline in the hot seat to share what it’s really like being a creator at 54 as well as sharing the BTS on what it takes to keep the business going…
Caroline BaudinoHostJohnGuestYou've been involved in a lot of the investing process and building a business with Browsable.
What have you learned from being part of that side of the business where you're actually seeing something from a technology? Because this is my world.
You've stepped into my world and doing this now.
What have you seen and learned through that process from really beginning to now?

Number one, how cool it is, like how exciting, really how quickly it moves, how much there is to learn, how much there is to know that it's constantly changing.

focus it takes having to really pay like you are learning something every single day and honestly working around such smart people like Millen like the whole team it does make you feel smart it does because like you're having these conversations with people who are just so intelligent and doing such cool shit it is an incredible industry it's only getting bigger and better I feel lucky to be surrounded by people who are willing to teach and willing to explain.

It is our little baby that we've been where that John has really been working his ass off on.

I am grateful that they're there to support because I think what we've created is unbelievable and it's cool to be a part of it.
And we still got a long way to go, but it's fun through the process.
Just like you're, creating content every day and doing that.
We're helping build and enhance and grow and develop something as well.
It's just, I'm not putting my face out there, but I will.
I will.
Don't
I'm going to force it on you.
