So just to kick us off a little agenda for all of those OCD people like myself that like to know what you're getting into, we already did the first thing, which was meet each other.

We're going to get into like the three parts of public speaking, kind of the way I think about it when I'm going into a new pitch or again, an actual proper public speaking engagement, kind of like the musts that I find work really well for me and I think could also translate and work really well for you.

Some things that I'd like to steer clear of, you know, kind of red flags that I'm just like, oh, if you could avoid these things, it would be super great.

And just kind of tips and tricks that I've gained over the years that I think could really help you.

Even if you just take one or two nuggets out of today's conversation, that would be a dream.

So just to kind of set the table a little bit, I would love to know some of the advice that you have heard about public speaking.

And I feel like also not even necessarily public speaking in the in-person sense, but also public speaking in the digital sense, because there's loads of best takes and hot takes, but I'm sure you are going to guess one of the biggest ones.

And I know Kelly was like, what about introverts? I feel like whether you're an extrovert or an introvert, you always hear this one.

Instead, I will give you one that I think works, whether you are presenting digitally, whether you're presenting in person.
