We are so happy to have the special playground designed so for inclusion play.
Let's get up and kind of check it out so you can show me like I'm seeing these cool things over here.
And yeah, so the playground is strategically designed to to encourage group play.
We want kids to learn to play together, specifically like with this, seesaw.
Your typical seesaw just meant for two individuals, right? And this one specifically is a four seesaw seeder.
And so to see a group of kids just playing together, it's just exactly what this playground was designed for.
We have a beautiful campus, and as you can see, the backdrop is our great education institution, our Bradley School, and then behind there, Holloway High School.
So the kids come out here and play during recess, and then the community really embraces the playground.
The playground was designed for inclusive play, and it encourages kids of all ages to play together.
You know, it has its modern elements, as well as your traditional elements, like we were just on the swings, right? And if you see this particular swing, it is also designed for adults with special needs.
And so we wanted to bring that same element to this side of town, right centrally located downtown Murfreesboro, where we want to make sure all of our kids are playing together in an inclusive environment.
and this on this side of town is really needed because we're right in the middle of a community, Patterson Park Community Center, which again, another thing I want to talk about, which not only this awesome playground and splash pad, but some of the programs that you have here at Patterson Park? Because I know y'all have always got something going on.
