And this thought was something I hadn't even realized I was thinking, and I had completely normalized it, right? Because even when I tell you what this thought was, you're going to see how it's so completely reasonable, how it's easy to believe this, especially if you're a mom, right? And so I'm in a season right now where the Lord has placed in front of me a book, an editor, and a publisher.
And all I have to do is finish getting the book edited so that the book can be published and out there.
And it's it's due in like a month and a half, right? And here I am on the verge of like, full out procrastination.
And I noticed this morning that I woke with this thought and the thought was, I can't write my book right now.
And it was like the Lord was highlighting it to me, but he wanted me to see that this is the thought that I'm believing.
And I knew like in that moment, as I was getting my feet out of the bed, walking into my prayer closet, I knew it was a lie.
I'd have more time to do these creative things that the Lord puts on my heart.
If you're a mom who's had teens or you have teens or you're about to have teens, I want you to know this is coming, right? I mean, Jillian is in driver's ed.
One of them requires me to drive her and sometimes she has all of these things in one day.
I have house projects to do, right? Like I've got a laundry room that needs me and underneath my kitchen sink like is so bad.
