And one that comes to my mind, is as we choose these daily choices that help us heal, what we put in our minds, when we ruminate and negativity, we can keep ourselves stuck in this victim, look what happened to me mode.

It's so important.

I mean, that's all through the Bible as well.

So it's really important.

So that's why meditation and prayer for me are so important.

When I think of meditation, I think of stopping and listening to God.

When I think of prayer, I'm talking to God.

So both are important, being quiet long enough to just really listen.

And then praying is when I'm, that's when I'm ruminating and talking to God, but also ruminating on what is positive.

So that's where, you know, positive Bible verses can be so helpful with that.

And just really focusing on what is positive.

And also I am a big fan of visualization, of intentionality.

It's just a really positive thing to do.

That doesn't mean not pulling the weeds from your garden.

I got to tell you, one of my favorite things to do is to rage journal.

It's because, because I find that if we repress rage, then we, that's also like saying there's no weeds in my garden.

There's no weeds in my garden, but you don't go pick the weeds, right? You got to pick the weeds for there to be no weeds.

So for me, one of the ways I do that is to just rage journal.

I get all of it out and then I either burn it or I symbol, like I tear it up or I burn it.

Literally no one needs to see it.

It's just to get it out of my head.

Right.

And then I focus on gratitude and what is right and lovely.

And so I don't ignore what's there.

Right.
