And I'm going to ask you, what's the one defining moment, would you say, that just changed your trajectory?

Yeah, so, you know, the reason I named that the $4 sandwich is because, you know, when you hit those low spots, you know, it's when everything changes.

And I listen to your podcast, man, and I hear about, I mean, you created Chusa off of a low spot, right? I mean...

And I've always said if I could go back and talk to myself and say anything in this in this coming up, it's all the things that are like the ceiling is falling.

But for me, that four dollar sandwich was I walked into a gas station to buy a sandwich for four dollars, had my had my girlfriend at the time on the phone and.

And she got to witness the lady at the counter saying that I didn't have $4 left in my account.

But, you know, that moment when I just didn't have anything left was the moment where I was like, wow, I'm... okay, I'm failing.

And you know, it was, I was like, you know, I've been saying it's the community, it's the build out, it's the patience, it's the reimbursement, it's the this, it's the that.

And so if I'm failing, I've got some pretty bad programming going on in my mind.

So I got to self-reflect and I started to work on the things that Larry Markson and Guy Reikman and these guys had taught me.

And it was, okay, so what needs to go in that brain ears? And it was, you know, affirmations and visualizations and goals and action steps.
