Mary FioritoGuestI think they've thrown a little bit more than $300,000 at his campaign, and this is cash-strapped CTU right now.
They've been publicly humiliated through a lawsuit filed by Liberty Justice Center.
I think the CTU is gambling they can get the president's seat even if they mean even if this means losing a few seats on the board or losing control of the board power the president's position is very important but they did a very poor job in selecting their candidate Elario Dominguez was a He calls himself a special ed teacher, but he's very much similar to Stacey Davis Gates and Brandon Johnson, failed social studies teachers who could not make it in the classroom.
And they shifted over to the CTU and political organizing and lobbying and political activity rather than representing the union.
They picked Delario, who is a special ed teacher, who I don't think he lasted more than three or four years.
There's a story about how he clicked his heels and made a gesture raising his hand and said something to the effect about Heil Hitler with the Nazi salute.
And now the story is reemerging about inappropriate behavior in front of a woman who I believe is 24 now, but was 17 when the incident occurred.
And according to what we've learned, Hilario made some remarks to her, and there is no evidence he actually sexually assaulted her.
He asked her questions, which I think it's fair to say clearly were intended to determine her interest in him.
as a potential boyfriend, or I think one of the questions he asked her was, what kind of guy do you like? And these are not questions you're asking a teenage girl or really anybody under the age of 21 if you're an adult man.
And apparently there were some investigations carried out before they didn't come up with any conclusive evidence to find him guilty of any wrongdoing.
earlier this week or late the maybe a week ago he denied it he put out a statement saying this is the fourth time the incident has been investigated he said he did nothing wrong and earlier this week i believe it was tuesday or wednesday when media asked mayor johnson who is a former ctu organizer and familiar with the leadership over there in the political division as well as the leadership Stacey Davis Gates and Jackson Potter, he seemed to give an endorsement of Hilario and he reminded everybody about how this was carefully scrutinized, or at least in his view it was.
So we do have renewed interest in his past and I think this could probably put a damper on his campaign.
Right now, I think it's fair to say Jessica Biggs, of the three candidates, Jessica Biggs is probably in the lead.
