think they played a lot better like this was a you know no moral victories all that stuff applies but this was a lot closer to how i think they want to be playing and we saw instead of going down by 18 early on in the third quarter as they had the last couple of games they actually built up a almost 20 point lead and i thought they played really well i thought they were generating the kind of shots that they needed to in order to win that game and then landry shamit just came in and started absolutely cooking and jordan clarkson scored 18 off the bench and then brunson just kind of closed it out but I mean, they're playing against not just the championship-caliber team, like the defending champions.

They tried to sort of run them off the court and make them have to just play tired.

And I think that was another good lesson to learn is you can't just – play for 36 minutes you got to play for 48 you have to be able to execute all the way through and i think offensively they did that defensively they they fell apart there towards the end um but overall i think this was a much better and more close to a complete game than we've seen in the last couple
There were three players that we were highlighting a lot in that first half, and that was Norm Powell, Josh Giddey, and Madis Muzelis.
Just wanted to know your opinion on their game, because even on our off-day show, we definitely focused on Madis and what he could do, and we saw him have a bounce-back game.
Giddey played his best game, and Norm Powell played his best game so far this season.

It felt like, and this is maybe going to sound a little harsh, but in the past couple of games, it felt like Giddy was not doing the things that he was supposed to be doing, and he wasn't doing the other other stuff that he actually was doing at a high enough level to be effective.

And today I don't think he was like doing what he was supposed to be doing at a super high level, but he was doing it.

And he was, I thought at times at least doing it at a lot higher of a level, more in line with what we've seen from him.

Obviously, the stats are slightly better, but not that much different than what we've seen so far.

He was more assertive and had a better understanding of when and how he was supposed to attack.
