wow yeah that's really amazing and i'm so happy to hear that you're just putting in all of this work and effort to truly be able to serve your your clients and the your audience and all of the people that are consuming your content because this really this whole category mental health mindset and is definitely one that most people don't think about when they're thinking about their body composition, when they're thinking about their health or their fitness.

As I mentioned to you offline though, this is something that I will see as a huge red flag with clients.

And when I was going through my own journey and finally hit my rock bottom, it was like, okay, what's really the root cause? And it was so much related to my mindset, my mental health, and actually doing the work there while simultaneously working on my hormones and my metabolism and improving my hormones and my metabolism.

And I think what keeps me here today is is the mindset component and how much I prioritize mental health.

Otherwise, you could throw the best workouts, the macros, whatever new science is out.

I don't think I would be able to adhere to it to the level that I have been able to unless those other things like my mindset and mental health were in a rock solid place.
