Caitlin OwensGuestHeatherHostYeah, yeah, wonderful.
It sounds incredibly immersive for the team as well as guests, like you say, that sort of end-to-end experience.
I love

The team are beyond my wildest dreams when I started and how passionate they are about Valscom and each other and the guests and, you know, a lot of them are very young.

A lot of them haven't worked in hospitality before and yet they're completely captivated by this idea that, people are paying to come and fundamentally see them
yeah

and they found they find it you know every time we get a big booking or a high value booking people are literally so excited every time we get a review oh my goodness then they're coming to our place they're coming to see us they're coming to see our team it's it's incredible
yeah

um and very diverse quite a diverse team a lot of different ages a lot of different backgrounds and yet everybody is just really special and really um really passionate about doing hospitality in their own way.

And it's, you know, everybody says their business is a family and quite often it's not true.

And for us, I would say it is true because like a family, we have disagreements.
Yeah, wonderful.
And it sounds like you really, I suppose, celebrate the team's own uniqueness and personalities.
And I'm sure that bolsters the camaraderie then in part as well.

I mean, everything we do at Falscombe is about authenticity and about being authentic.

It's an incredible organization and the way they managed to basically get this super high level of service consistently with a huge team.

I mean, when I went, there was like hundreds of people and they managed to keep it the same every day and they have done for basically 50 years.
Yeah, yeah, wonderful.
