Do you think in the hospitality space we'll see a growing demand for these sorts of nature-led restorative experiences at Falscombe? How do you see that, I suppose, playing out in the future of the industry?

Caitlin OwensGUEST
I think what we've come down to now is the idea fundamentally of what is wellness.

Caitlin OwensGUEST
Is wellness lying in a sauna and then having a massage and having your chakras aligned and having somebody, some kind of sound bath, whatever.

And I suppose just to finish off, what's on the horizon for Falscom? Can you tell us about any upcoming plans? And how would you like to see the site and the operation develop, I suppose, in the coming years?

So what are some of the broader implications of a trial and a drug like this on how we go about dealing with old age ailments and, and aging itself?

Caitlin OwensGUEST
So there's the idea, um, in science, and, you know, this is pr- this is pretty sound, right? Like, aging is a biological s- process like anything else.

Caitlin OwensGUEST
Uh, and so the idea is, okay, if you're, if our, if our cells age and our organs age, can...

Caitlin OwensGUEST
Since that is a biological process, can we reverse it? So this is the first drug that is trying to do a version of that, that's going through a clinical trial.

Caitlin OwensGUEST
I mean, uh, first, this is measuring first whether it's safe, which is a big if with this, right? Like, this genetic reprogramming of these cells, can that have unintended consequences? Um, but let's say this particular drug, this particular gene therapy makes it through the safety trial, makes it through later stage, and it proves that this works.

Caitlin OwensGUEST
This is attempting to cure a disease, right? This is a vision problem that's trying to be corrected.

It seems like there's a lot of optimism that they could hit the jackpot here.
