How are you looking to maybe change the game a bit and keep things new?

Well, there is different tools in the market right now on AI that's being done.

There's different ways we can implement that in our operation, which will help definitely for our guests, our staff members.

It just maybe find a good one for extended stay that, you know, maybe it's a bit lacking, but there is definitely a lot of innovation, you know, that we're planning to implement.

And going forward, that will be duplicated for our, you know, further ventures, you know, for hotels.

But it's, yeah, I think that you have to find the right tool in developing or in innovating.

Someone that tells you that they're going to reinvent the wheel, the wheel is not going to turn.

You have to look at... getting the wheel to be better, to go forward and to really be more efficient.

I think efficiency is the key in hotels because it's a very, we can touch on it and it's always something that It's very common.

You have to clean your rooms, you have your reservation, you have your front of house, you have your F&B.

But if you're efficient and you work with your team properly and you work with your hotel properly, you can really be as efficient as possible and it's so satisfying to see growth within your team.

I've learned, my brother and I have learned top to bottom every department.
