yeah it's um i would almost say that um Being with Merit, also, because there has been and there were, previous to our opening of the hotel, other apart hotels, extended stay products.

But we were mainly the first branded extended stay.

By having this brand behind us, it also holds us accountable, right? to giving the right standard to our guests because you can go to any part hotel and you'll just get what you get you just have an apartment just get into your reception and that's it yeah we provide a variety of services we have an incredible team that's there that's there to to make you feel home uh we have complimentary breakfast gyms uh we're very central so it's it's Air conditioning, which is amazing.

How has your age sort of altered your approach to managing the portfolio? Have there ever been any challenges that have arisen when it comes to communicating with other people because of your age? And can you just tell us a bit about that journey of being a young entrepreneur?
